Refugee & Migrant Long-Term Case Manager

The Refugee & Migrant Long-Term Case Manager provides holistic, long-term case management to eligible refugee and migrant clients identified as especially vulnerable. The role focuses on achieving long-term self-sufficiency through self-sufficiency plans, periodic assessments, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
