About this role
The Primero PCM IMS+ System Administrator provides technical system administration and user support for the inter-agency rollout and operation of the Primero PCM IMS+ platform in Ukraine. The role ensures smooth platform functioning, alignment with global IMS+ standards, and continuous engagement with inter-agency focal points while not accessing case-level or incident-level data. This position acts as the first-line technical contact and contributes to system monitoring, documentation, and capacity strengthening activities.
