Divergent is seeking a Principal, Business Development Operations & Strategy to drive strategic planning and operational excellence for the company's Aerospace & Defense business development organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, establishing operating mechanisms, market insights, and analytical frameworks to improve pursuit execution and long-term growth. The position requires deep understanding of the defense acquisition ecosystem and the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities
