About this role
Workday is hiring a corporate strategist to partner with C-level leaders and the Executive Committee to define and maintain the company’s long-term strategic direction. The role focuses on driving strategic alignment across functions, identifying growth and monetization opportunities in the software/SaaS space, and delivering high-visibility cross-functional initiatives. It reports to the Corporate Strategy team and works closely with senior stakeholders to shape company-wide strategy.
