About this role

This role seeks a hands-on leader to drive HR data science and AI strategy, building scalable analytics and intelligent automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. The position involves owning workforce analytics, leading AI-driven HR initiatives, and developing agent-based solutions that integrate_workday_, ServiceNow, and SharePoint. The incumbent will design AI-driven HR solutions, lead Workday-based analytics, and ensure data quality across HR systems.

Responsibilities

Design and scale AI-driven HR solutions including chatbots
Lead Workday-based analytics and reporting for actionable insights
Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards in Power BI
Ensure data quality and governance across HR systems
Partner with HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Skills

Qualifications

BS or equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, or related field7 years in data science, analytics, or AIStrong expertise in Workday reporting, data models, and APIsAdvanced Power BI skillsExperience with Foundry or similar AI platforms
