Principal DFT Engineer

Renesas is seeking an experienced DFT Lead to own end-to-end Design-for-Test activities for complex Automotive MCU/SoC products, driving DFT architecture, implementation, verification, and production-test readiness. The role involves collaborating closely with SoC Design, Verification, and Test Engineering teams to define DFT solutions, manage silicon bring-up, and ensure production-ready test patterns. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently lead DFT activities across the product development lifecycle.
