This cross-functional leadership role partners with marketing, design, analytics, data science, and engineering to ensure the web stack is modern, performant, and measurable. The Principal Engineer will drive architectural evolution, set standards for reliability and developer productivity, and contribute hands-on while mentoring engineers across the organisation.
