About this role
The Principal in Residence (TK-8) is a school leadership development role designed to prepare a candidate to become an Alpha principal within 1–2 years. The PIR will rotate across TK–8 campuses, work alongside principals and the Managing Director of Schools, and be supported to develop full proficiency in core school leadership responsibilities. The role contributes to network goals for student outcomes and involves participation in network- and school-wide professional learning.
