The Principal-in-Residence at BRICK will immerse in the organization’s holistic pre-cradle-to-career model while receiving intensive mentorship from experienced educational leaders. The role serves as a training and preparation period for leading a BRICK school, with the potential to become the Founding Principal of BRICK Rochester Academy Charter School. The PIR focuses on understanding BRICK’s academic, cultural, and college success models and aligning school practices with the organization’s mission and vision. The position is based in Newark, NJ with occasional travel to other locations for professional learning and school visits.
