The Principal Package Engineer provides expertise and support to the Silicon development team throughout the entire product lifecycle, driving optimal packaging solutions for Azure datacenter products. This role focuses on advancing chiplet architecture with 2.5D/3D packaging technologies, managing supplier assessments, and ensuring quality and reliability in development and production. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and develop test vehicles, validate performance, and mitigate technical risks.
