Principal Physical Design Engineer-DPG-LPDDR

The Principal Physical Design Engineer-DPG-LPDDR at Micron Technology will lead end‑to‑end RTL‑to‑GDSII implementation for complex SoCs, driving floor planning, power planning, timing closure, and physical sign‑off across advanced technology nodes. The role provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and collaborates with architecture, verification, CAD, and product teams to deliver first‑pass silicon and adopt AI‑driven design automation.
