The Drug Discovery Principal Program Manager will drive advancement of Calico’s preclinical drug discovery pipeline from hit generation to clinical candidate nomination. The role coordinates complex, multidisciplinary projects executed largely through external CROs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining scientific and compliance standards. The position serves as the central hub for communication, planning, and execution across internal and external stakeholders to support robust pipeline operations.
