As a hands-on individual contributor, this role involves building AI evaluation frameworks, defining technical standards, and coaching embedded Quality Engineers to drive production-quality feedback loops using modern automation and AI tools. The successful candidate will influence engineering culture without direct authority, leveraging deep technical expertise to shape the quality strategy for the company's agentic product direction.

Responsibilities

Set technical direction for quality across the engineering organization
Build and own AI evals practice for agentic product features
Drive the production-quality feedback loop with postmortems and RCAs
Coach and grow embedded Quality Engineers across delivery teams
Collaborate with VP Engineering to evolve quality culture and strategy
