Senior AI Engineer

This role seeks an individual contributor or Director-level leader to drive the adoption and development of AI-native engineering platforms across CNA's technical community. The incumbent will architect, design, and integrate AI-based solutions, mentor teams, and establish robust testing and validation workflows to enhance developer productivity. Key responsibilities include evaluating AI tools, defining implementation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver secure and scalable applications.
