About this role

The Principal RTL Verification Engineer will join Impinj's Reader IC Engineering team to own verification methodologies, tooling, and the SoC verification environment for next-generation RAIN RFID Reader ICs. The role leads SoC and IP verification from concept through production, enabling mixed-signal co-simulation and ensuring production-worthy silicon. The position collaborates across logic, analog, test, and systems teams and mentors verification engineers.
