The Principal Scientist, Analytical Sciences serves as a technical and strategic leader within the BioPharmaceutical Development department, responsible for developing analytical characterization methods and performing product characterization for biologics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the early to late-stage development of molecules leading to commercialization. The position requires supervising direct reports and providing analytical leadership across various projects.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical characterization methods for biologics using mass spectrometry and chromatography
Lead product characterization and Critical Quality Attribute assessment for drug development
Supervise analytical instrumentation and mentor direct reports to ensure team development
