Leidos is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to modernize mission-critical enterprise applications within the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions using Java, Angular, and microservices while migrating legacy systems to AWS cloud environments. Successful candidates will collaborate in Agile teams to deliver robust software capabilities for national security operations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Java and Angular applications
Modernize legacy platforms by migrating to Spring Boot and microservices
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL data access components
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to AWS cloud environments
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver software on sprint cadences
