Principal Solutions Architect

The Principal Solutions Architect leads Sprinklr’s most complex and strategic enterprise engagements, setting architectural direction at scale and serving as a senior technical authority across AI-driven customer engagement initiatives. This role involves acting as a trusted executive advisor to large enterprise customers, owning end-to-end architectural strategy for multiyear transformation programs, and defining enterprise standards for AI, data, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures. The position also requires mentoring senior technical staff and representing the company as a thought leader in AI-powered customer experience and enterprise architecture.
