Privacy Counsel

Reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer, this role serves as a primary legal contact for Procurement and Trust and Safety Teams, providing counsel on security, privacy requirements, and law enforcement requests. The position involves reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements, conducting privacy impact assessments, and advising on the legal risks associated with AI and machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment while supporting the maturation of Lumen's comprehensive privacy program.
