About this role

StepStone is seeking highly motivated undergraduate students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 to join its Private Equity team as Summer Analysts. The internship provides hands‑on experience analyzing leveraged buyout and growth investment strategies across diverse industries and capital structures, and includes the opportunity to contribute investment recommendations to the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Responsibilities
