Private Markets Specialist

InvestX is seeking an experienced Private Markets Specialist to build and scale its Private Markets ecosystem by generating order flow and executing transactions in Late-Stage Growth and pre-IPO equities. The role involves leveraging an established network of clients and prospects to drive liquidity, structure complex transactions, and serve as a trusted advisor to counterparties. This position requires strong commercial judgment, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with institutional broker-dealers and internal teams to achieve long-term growth.
