PRN Youth Development Professional

The PRN Youth Development Professional provides on-call substitute coverage for staff absences and program staffing needs at the Boys & Girls Clubs. This role creates a safe, fun, and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and succeed by supervising youth, leading educational and recreational activities, and serving as positive role models. The position requires maintaining current contact information, responding promptly to shift offers, and completing required onboarding and safety training.
