Process Lead

A Process Lead drives the implementation and maturation of the Hershey Lean operations model within a manufacturing plant to ensure stability, predictability, and agility. This role involves developing standard operating procedures, training operators and technicians, and managing systems for rapid changeovers and process limits. The position focuses on leading continuous improvement projects to reduce losses and enhance line efficiency while collaborating with the core business unit leadership team.
