Process Lead

The Process Lead drives the Hershey Lean program at the plant by developing and implementing process improvements and building operator capabilities within a TPM environment. This role focuses on creating a zero-loss culture through data-driven problem solving, standardizing line tasks, and training operators and mechanics. The position involves leading daily management systems, tracking production losses, and collaborating across business unit teams to advance operational efficiency.
