Procure to Pay Operations Analyst

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices from receipt through to payment-ready status within the Finance Operations vertical. The analyst manages invoice intake, performs three-way matching within ERP systems, handles exceptions, and supports daily accounts payable reconciliation and vendor inquiries in a queue-based managed services environment. Key duties include validating coding, routing disputes, applying tax rules, and preparing aging reports to support month-end close activities.
