About this role

The Procurement Jr. Analyst on the Procure to Pay Operations team supports global procurement and accounts payable activities by sourcing and contracting non-strategic, low-risk/vendor relationships and assisting category teams. The role serves as a bench resource across categories (IT & Telecom, Facilities, Professional Services, HR/Benefits, Marketing) and helps enable Qualtrics’ procurement transformation and supplier optimization. This position works closely with internal partners to ensure compliant execution of procurement processes and continuous improvement.
