Procurement Officer, SPRING - Philippines

The Procurement Officer will provide additional procurement capacity for the DFAT SPRING program in the Philippines, supporting planning, sourcing, contracting, and asset management across national and subnational locations. The role works closely with another Procurement Officer and various program teams to ensure compliant, value‑for‑money procurement and to support grant‑related and office establishment activities.
