Regional Development Officer

The Regional Development Officer supports the SIGRA Project's work at the sub-national level in Ghana, coordinating day-to-day project activities with key officials at the Regional Coordination Council (RCC) and Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDA) levels. The role involves facilitating capacity building for stakeholders to implement gender-responsive climate adaptation initiatives, overseeing project close-out activities, and collaborating with government bodies, civil society organizations, and local communities. Regular travel within the Volta Region and to Accra is required to engage with stakeholders and support project implementation.
