Produce Asst Manager ELR

The Produce Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the center of the produce department to promote sales, achieve profit margins, labor goals, and exceed customer expectations. This role involves overseeing department personnel, managing inventory and supplier invoices, and ensuring proper merchandising and signage. The position requires training new employees, controlling spoilage, and creating and measuring quarterly budgets. The manager also supervises and evaluates personnel performance during the department manager's absence.
