Product Developer

The Product Developer role leads the development and delivery of new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) across a portfolio of branded and private label products, from concept to launch. This involves collaborating with Marketing and private label leads to optimize product briefs, creating prototypes, defining specifications, and showcasing products to stakeholders to deliver commercially viable solutions that drive portfolio growth. The position requires a passionate individual with a strong interest in food, innovation, and consumer trends, who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
