Product Development Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, this role focuses on the creation and development of breakthrough formulations for skincare brands, managing the process from concept to scale-up and launch. The position involves testing new ingredients, coordinating product testing, and leading the manufacturing transfer process to ensure commercial feasibility and high quality. The role requires close collaboration with packaging teams and factories to optimize the operating model and increase execution efficiency for the skincare, suncare, and haircare portfolio.
