The Product Manager for the Merchant Performance squad will own merchant experience dimensions related to operations and revenue performance, shaping tools and insights that help merchants run and grow their business with Alma. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams (Revenue, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Merchant Operations) to scale merchant-facing features across online and in-store channels. The role focuses on driving product strategy, understanding merchant workflows, and enabling measurable commercial outcomes at scale.
