Product Manager

This role owns job-completion as a core marketplace metric, designing the logic, signals, and flows that turn bookings into successful jobs for homeowners and providers. The person will use AI to structure unstructured feedback, partner closely with engineering on backend and data systems, and run experiments to improve matching and completion rates. It's an early-stage product role working directly with founders to shape a headless home services platform.
