ExaCareAI
Product Managers at exacare ai take ownership of core product areas to shape what we build next and how it shows up for customers, connecting AI advancements, customer reality, business goals, and technical constraints into products that actually get used. The role involves creating prototypes, collaborating directly with engineering, design, sales, growth, finance, and customer teams, and turning messy healthcare problems into clear product direction. You will be responsible for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch, continuously evaluating market shifts, competitors, and regulatory changes. This is not a project management role; you will make tradeoffs, say no often, and deeply understand user workflows by spending time with customers and internal teams.
exacare ai is an AI platform for post-acute care operations, trusted by 2,000+ care teams across skilled nursing, home health, and hospice settings. It centralizes referrals, analyzes admissions packets using facility-specific criteria, and automates reimbursement workflows including prior authorizations and concurrent reviews. By integrating with referral platforms, hospital systems, and EHRs, exacare ai helps care teams make faster, more confident admissions and reimbursement decisions.
