Product Manager

This role focuses on engaging with users to gather insights and address loyalty, CRM, and merchant-related needs while identifying real users to collect feedback and pain points. The position requires collaborating with UI/UX, development, and other teams to propose and implement effective solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely product delivery. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Engineering division, to drive product success.
