Telesales Representative

This role involves proactively reaching out to potential merchants through cold calls to introduce products and generate interest. The position requires establishing rapport with merchants to understand their needs and foster long-term relationships while assessing lead suitability for further sales efforts. The individual will maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead transitions, and provide insights to refine sales strategies. The goal is to meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and lead conversion targets.
