Riva is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to strengthen how the Product team uses data, customer feedback, and operational signals to make better decisions. This hands-on role focuses on building the systems, dashboards, and processes that help Product, Engineering, and other teams act on insights to understand product health and customer adoption. The position reports to the Director of Product and supports release operations, feedback programs, and executive reporting across the enterprise software portfolio.
