TrueContext is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the product team by managing data, processes, and tools that connect product management with engineering, customer success, sales, and support. The role involves building dashboards, synthesizing customer feedback, coordinating product launches, and improving internal workflows to enable faster, better-informed decisions. This hands-on position reports to the SVP of Product and works closely with product managers on planning and customer feedback.
