About this role
Imbue is hiring its first dedicated People Operations hire to own and evolve the systems, processes, and programs that support the team across hiring through offboarding. The role focuses on building a thoughtful, scalable foundation for how the company works and grows, with attention to operational excellence, culture, and care. You will partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to shape the team member experience and run initiatives that support a distributed, multi-state workforce.
