About this role

As a Product Owner in TD Business Banking's Commercial Deposits and Cash Management Services team, you will lead large-scale migrations of business client authentication tokens and drive digital servicing initiatives. This role is accountable for ensuring client-centric, secure, and operationally sound platform modernization while managing stakeholder relationships across technology, operations, risk, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy and delivery for client authentication token migration
Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and delivery plans
Lead iterative product delivery using Agile practices with controlled risk
Design and execute scalable phased migration strategies for legacy devices
Manage dependencies across technology, vendor, and business partner teams

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years in product ownership or product management within financial servicesExperience leading complex client migrations at scaleStrong understanding of digital security and authentication methodsProven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teamsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environments
