Product Owner - Customer Operations & Communications

LHV Bank is seeking a Product Owner to own and evolve the platforms, processes, and tooling supporting customer operations and communications across the bank. The role involves defining product direction for Salesforce, customer support tooling, telephony, and communications delivery to ensure reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance. This position requires close collaboration with Customer Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams to reduce operational risk and improve customer experience.
