The Product Owner translates clinical, operational, and business needs into clear, audit-ready product requirements that support GeneDx’s Product Pillars. The role partners with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Laboratory Operations, Clinical, Data, and Quality/Regulatory to lead discovery, define problems, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and laboratory standards. The position drives alignment through documentation, agile ceremonies, and release planning while tracking operational KPIs and ensuring usability and efficiency of lab workflows.
