About this role

The Product Support Analyst at Recorded Future sits within the Product organization and focuses on resolving client inquiries, supporting the application portal and API, and enabling customers to deploy threat intelligence across their environments. The role supports product escalations, advocates for product enhancements, and occasionally implements custom solutions and partner integrations. The position includes regular business hours (9am–5pm), participation in an on-call rotation, and a primarily onsite schedule with one remote day per week.
