About this role
Onapsis is hiring an experienced L3 Network Support Specialist to join its global Technical Support team as the escalation point for complex product, infrastructure, and SAP-related issues. The role serves as a subject matter expert on Onapsis modules, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to drive deep technical resolutions and continuous improvement. The position is based in Bucharest and is hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite).
