Product Support Officer

Downer Professional Services is seeking a Product Support Officer to join the Integrated Warfare Networks and Systems Program Office, supporting the sustainment of Joint Data Networks capability within a complex Defence environment. The role involves providing governance, administrative, and sustainment support to the Integrated Product Team to ensure capability remains available, compliant, and operationally effective. You will coordinate meetings, manage records, support contractor deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with Defence personnel and industry partners.
