About this role

The Product Support Specialist, APAC at Linear is responsible for supporting customers through end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across various communication channels. This role is pivotal in driving Linear’s expansion into the APAC region by gathering customer feedback to inform product development and improving the support experience for technical users. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with the engineering team to document bugs and will engage with local customers to deepen relationships in a multi-time zone environment. Proficiency in English and at least one major Asian language is preferred.
