Production – 3rd Shift Milling Machine Operator

The role involves operating a milling machine on the 3rd shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 11 p.m.‑7:30 a.m.) to process cocoa cakes, package finished product, and maintain equipment and sanitation standards. The employee will ensure compliance with FDA HACCP, GMP, and OSHA requirements while collaborating with teammates and rotating to other production areas as needed.
