Production and Routine Operator

This role is based in Qingdao and supports the construction, commissioning, and qualification of the pMDI factory as an end user representative. The position involves participating in production department design, installation, and startup activities to build BAU capabilities while applying best practices for continuous improvement. The incumbent will also execute routine production operations, including equipment maintenance, line clearance, and GMP compliance, while training staff and leading problem-solving initiatives.
