Production Baker Lead - Night Shift

The Production Baker Lead works with the Production Manager to ensure high‑quality baked goods are produced efficiently while following FSMA guidelines. This night‑shift role leads a crew, trains and coaches bakers, makes daily production decisions, and handles quality control and equipment troubleshooting. The position also involves coordinating with other departments, managing shift coverage, and maintaining safety and food‑safety records.
