The Production Management Internship offers a unique opportunity to join the McCain team and gain valuable manufacturing technical knowledge and a broad understanding of manufacturing processes and tools. This internship serves as a direct path to the post-graduate Production Management Trainee (PMT) program, a two-year accelerated leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing leaders. Interns will support plant operations, contribute to process improvement projects, and collaborate with senior experts to learn essential manufacturing processes and industry standards.
